Store Policies

Tax:
I apply sales tax to all orders shipped to addresses within Maryland or picked up locally.

Privacy:
I will never sell or share your information.  I may email you promotions or news about Long View Designs, but that is all and I will not even do that very often. I would rather be dyeing fabric or hammering metal than sending emails.

Returns:
I want you to be 100% satisfied with anything you buy from me. If for any reason you are not, please contact me  to work out a solution. You may exchange or return stock items for a full refund of the original price, less shipping within 15 days of receipt as long as it has not been worn and is in the original condition. Custom work cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.

Shipping:
I use US Postal Service Priority Mail for all of my shipping, for a cost of $7.50. Once payment has been received, your order will ship within 1-3 business days. If there is any delay on my part, I will contact you. You should expect to receive your purchase within 3-7 business days after it ships.

 

If you are local you can arrange to pick up an order rather than having it shipped.

*Canada and International Orders - Please contact me for a shipping quote and carrier. You will be responsible for all customs costs.
