These copper "sticks" were formed by hammering copper wire.  The patina was created using a technique called flame painting. Amethyst beads tie the look together. The beads are attached with wrapped loops to ensure they are secure.
 
Total length from the top of the ear wire is ~2.25 inches
 
The color has been sealed for protection, but care should be taken to maintain the color.  Do not wear these in the shower or exposed them to strong chemicals or abrasives.
