This tag style is hand-forged from an upcycled piece of 1/2 inch copper pipe. Repeated cycles of annealing and hammering slowly transform a bit of plumbing into a unique piece that can adorn your pup, purse, keychain, or whatever you choose.The tag is further enhanced by fusing a bit of sterling silver to the copper.  Because they are each hand made, each piece will be one-of-a-kind. The hammered surface has a rustic patina that will continue to deepen over time. The blue apatite gemstone bead is cupped by handmade sterling silver bead caps and wrapped in 20 gauge sterling silver wire. The jumpring is hand cut from18 gauge sterling silver wire. It is strong, but excessive pulling could cause it to open up.
